This annual award recognizes individuals who encourage the conservation of water, take steps to ensure water quality or promote water education in their community, business or school. Our friend at the African American Voter Registration/Education Project, Attorney Jimmy Valentine, has a new job as the Chief Counsel to the Long-Term Home Care Workers Union, which is headed by Tyrone Freeman.
